About the Organisation:
This role is offered within a well-established network of independent, OFSTED-regulated schools, operating across the UK. The organisation is part of a larger group of education and training providers, united by a mission to innovate, influence, and inspire through high-quality, purposeful learning experiences.
Due to the expansion of existing facilities in the Hamilton Square area, the organisation is seeking a dedicated and agile leader to help shape a nurturing environment where students can thrive. This role would suit a dynamic individual with a proven leadership background and a passion for working with young people who require additional support to achieve positive outcomes.
Role Overview:
The Head of School will be responsible for the operational leadership of the provision based in Hamilton Square, which includes oversight of an additional nearby premises. Working collaboratively with the Head of a neighbouring site, the successful candidate will ensure both locations operate effectively and consistently.
The position involves being a key ambassador for the organisation’s mission—supporting students to reintegrate into mainstream education or transition successfully into post-16 pathways such as further education or vocational training.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
