With expanded facilities in Hamilton Square, we seek a dynamic leader to foster a nurturing, inclusive learning environment. This role is ideal for someone with a strong leadership background and a deep commitment to helping students achieve positive outcomes.
You'll lead operations at our Hamilton Square provision and support a nearby site in collaboration with a neighbouring Head. Your role is key in guiding students back into mainstream education or successful post-16 transitions.
Provide strong, visible leadership
Mentor and support staff
Oversee the school’s curriculum and standards
Ensure compliance with Independent School Standards
Promote an inclusive, high-expectation culture
Uphold safeguarding, equality, and H&S policies
Represent the school in the local community
Proven leadership experience (e.g. Head of Department, SLT)
Experience managing similar-sized provisions (~15 staff, 35 students)
Degree + QTS, QTLS, or overseas equivalent
Track record of improving student outcomes
Strong understanding of compliance and policy
Desirable: NPQH (completed or in progress)

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
