What We’re Looking For:

1. Leadership & Management – Experience leading teams and managing school operations.
2. Student-Centered Approach – Passion for supporting young people and creating a positive learning environment.
3. Qualifications – QTS, PGCE, and leadership experience required (NPQH desirable).
4. Specialist Knowledge – Understanding of alternative provision and supporting students with special educational needs.
