Contract Production Ltd is seeking a strategic Head of Sales to own the commercial function and shape growth. You will join an established electronics manufacturing business and work closely with the Senior Leadership Team to drive revenue and build a high-performing sales group.

With a base salary of £55,000–£65,000 plus performance and annual bonuses, you will lead opportunity development, strengthen key accounts and align sales activity with wider business objectives.

Qualifications

• 経験 of generating growth in B2B environments.
• Ability to lead and develop a sales team.
• Understanding of CRM usage, pipeline management and forecasting.

• Lead and develop the sales function, set priorities and drive performance.
• Identify and convert new business opportunities across markets.
• Strengthen relationships with key accounts and grow customer value.
• Coach and develop the sales team to support growth.
• Develop and deliver a commercial strategy aligned with objectives.
• Improve sales processes, CRM usage, forecasting and conversion rates.
• Provide commercial insight as part of the Senior Leadership Team.
