Title: Head of Sales, 9 month FTC Location: London 2 days in the office Salary: £70-75k + bonus +benefits About the Company: A purpose-led consumer health brand focused on health and wellness is looking to scale its impact. With a strong emphasis on learning, this business not only offers healthy snacking products but also education on everyday health. The company is on a mission to drive meaningful behaviour change in the wellness space, with a focus on long-term public health outcomes. The Role: They are looking for a commercially minded and energetic Head of Sales to lead and scale its UK retail and out-of-home presence. This is a pivotal role for an ambitious sales leader ready to drive strategic growth and deepen retail expansion across key channels. Key Responsibilities
  • Drive distribution within grocery, high street and online accounts
  • Leverage industry contacts and actively generate new business opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with premium retailers to ensure in-store success.
  • Work collaboratively to execute a UK sales plan aligned with brand positioning and marketing strategy.
  • Gather data on retailer performance and sales trends to optimize listings and drive growth.
  • Support marketing activations such as sampling, food fairs, PR campaigns, and in-store events.
  • Ensure seamless communication between the company and distributor partners for stock flow, forecasting, and promotions.
