Tria have partnered with a leading AgriTech company to hire a Head of Sales. This is a key leadership role within the business and presents a fantastic opportunity to shape and deliver a high-performance, customer-focused sales strategy. The role would involve managing a UK field and inside sales teams, with a focus on team development, coaching, and performance management.
The position is a non-quota carrying position. The focus is on strategic leadership and supporting sales performance. The position will involve working across key areas such as:
