The role

• Lead a team of 6-10 sales people
• 100% leadership, not individual target
• Supporting sales team in F2F meetings
• Remote first
• £60-£70k base + Company Car + Company Card + Annual Bonus

The requirements

• Track record of leading sales teams
• Selling to farmers a big plus
• Agritech an even bigger plus!
