  • Strong network of contacts within the drinks industry, QSR and Casual Dining preferred.

Head of Sales – Emerging Drinks Brand – Nationwide – Up to £90k (DOE)

This company is not only award winning, but offers an absolutely exceptional product which is launching into the market! My client has a fantastic product which has an extensive online retail presence along with exceptional plans for growth. The client is on the verge of exploding into the current on and off trade market.

As the Head of Sales for this brand you will be responsible for managing and executing all Sales Strategies at a Senior level within the business. The Head of Sales will be directly responsible for revenue growth, expansion of the business and developing the market presence. The Head of Sales will be responsible for the increased expansion of the sales team in line with budgets and revenue.

Overall the Head of Sales will need to be passionate and driven with a thirst for success – along with a strong background in the drinks industry across both On and Off trade.

The Head of Sales will ultimately head up the Sales of the entire business and report directly into the founders.

The Head of Sales responsibilities:

  • Delivering on a Sales Strategy which aligns with company goals and growth.
  • Manage and lead a sales team; implementation of training; achieving budgeted targets
  • Required to sell in all sectors – on trade, retail, wholesale and distributors; strong understanding in bonus
  • Identify marketing opportunities, establish competitor analysis and implement sales campaigns
  • Seeking and securing new business, maintaining current relationships and managing P&L in a commodity driven environment.
  • Forecasting, budgeting and providing competitor analysis; reporting direct to Founders.
  • Monitor and maximize on Sales performance.

The ideal Head of Sales Candidate:

  • Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in a Senior Sales role within the drink industry.
  • Proven track record in Sales strategies, team management and results.
  • Strong network of contacts within the drinks industry. QSR and Casual Dining preferred.
  • Experience bringing new products to market, along with negotiations and contracts.
  • Passion for the drinks industry and continually up to date on news and trends
  • Ambitious and driven on all areas of sales and client development
  • Strong communication skills – able to work in a team or independently.
