Job summary

Hamptons in Chichester is seeking an experienced Head of Sales to lead our Chichester office and drive strong sales performance. You will oversee day-to-day operations, set strategic goals, and partner with the leadership team to grow market share while maintaining the high service standards our brand is known for.

You will develop and coach branch staff, instill the Hamptons culture, and ensure a seamless customer journey from inquiry to closing, supported by in-house training and performance

Responsibilities
