With strong early traction and high-profile clients already on board, we are entering a new phase of growth and seeking a commercially-minded sales leader to join our senior leadership team and help take us to the next level.

The Role

We’re looking for a hands-on, strategic Head of Sales to lead our commercial efforts across key markets. As Head of Sales, you’ll spearhead revenue growth, initially targeting non-domestic buildings (universities, public estates, offices) to secure contracts for our Predict products and tools. As our housing solutions become market-ready, you will create the sales strategy and team to execute.

This is a high-impact role, ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and wants to play a key part in a growing tech company.

Responsibilities

  1. Develop and execute the sales strategy across priority markets
  2. Generate and convert a strong pipeline of prospects and opportunities
  3. Lead on customer engagement, product demos, and contract negotiation
  4. Build and lead a small sales team in line with growth targets
  5. Collaborate with marketing and leadership to refine messaging and drive inbound activity
  6. Manage sales performance using tools and metrics to ensure consistent delivery
  7. Represent the company at industry events and build brand awareness

About You

  • 5+ years B2B sales in built environment tech e.g. Proptech or Contech
  • Track record of consistently meeting or exceeding revenue targets
  • Strong communication and consultative selling skills
  • Familiarity with longer sales cycles and structured procurement processes
  • Comfortable operating in a startup or scale-up environment
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and commercially focused
  • Knowledge of sustainability, energy efficiency, and the application of digital technologies in the built environment
  • Experience in selling tech solutions such as Digital Twin, BIM, IoT, AI/ML
  • Exposure to public sector or housing markets
  • Experience managing or mentoring sales team members
  • Understanding of CRM systems and sales tools
