Job summary

TEC Partnership is seeking a Head of Safeguarding to lead a team of Safeguarding Officers and oversee safeguarding across campuses from Scarborough to Skegness, including a Nottingham-based campus. You will work closely with external agencies to ensure the welfare of learners and drive high standards of safeguarding practice.

The role emphasises student wellbeing, inclusion, and a proactive safeguarding culture, making a significant impact across our multi-site group.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support a team of Safeguarding Officers.
• Oversee complex safeguarding cases and coordinate with external agencies.
• Ensure learners receive the right support at the right time.
• Promote a culture where safeguarding is everyone's responsibility.
