TEC Partnership is recruiting a Head of Safeguarding to oversee safeguarding across Beverley and Hull. The role involves leading a team of Safeguarding Officers, managing complex cases and collaborating with external agencies to ensure learners receive timely support.

The position is permanent, 37 hours per week, with a salary of £35,326 per annum. Location includes East Riding College campuses in Beverley and Hull, with DBS and other checks required.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and support a team of Safeguarding Officers.
• Oversee complex safeguarding cases.
• Work closely with external agencies to ensure learners receive the right support.
• Promote a culture where safeguarding is everyone's responsibility.
• Support the Strategic Director of Safeguarding & Senior Designated Safeguarding Lead to uphold high safeguarding standards.
