Hull College is seeking two dedicated Safeguarding and Wellbeing Officers to join our team. You will support safeguarding across learners, coordinate early intervention and work with external agencies to protect students.

These roles are 37 hours per week, 40 weeks per year (term time), with a salary around £26,661 per annum FTE and an actual salary of £24,747.18. A DBS check is required and CPD opportunities are available.

Formación

• Qualified to degree level or equivalent professional qualification.
• Safeguarding qualification to L3 or 4.
• Successful track record influencing staff and stakeholders on safeguarding outcomes.

Responsabilidades

• Take responsibility for day-to-day safeguarding support and guidance.
• Coordinate safeguarding interventions and information sharing with internal teams and external agencies.
• Attend key safeguarding meetings and maintain accurate safeguarding records.
• Deliver staff training on safeguarding responsibilities and referral pathways.
• Work with local agencies to ensure care, safety plans, and risk assessments are in place.
