Job summary

Nationwide is seeking a proactive Head of Risk & Governance to lead the Retail & Group Customer Operations Risk team, driving risk, conduct, regulatory and control improvements across Collections & Recoveries and Specialist Support. You will lead direct and matrix reports and contribute to the Retail Risk Leadership Team.

The role involves working with business, change and other risk teams to ensure risks are identified, understood and mitigated, with a robust risk profile.

Qualifications

• Experience in risk and governance within financial services.
• Ability to lead risk and regulatory improvement programs.
• Strong collaboration with business, change and risk teams.
