Responsibilities

• Provide inspirational leadership and operational oversight across three residential offices in Norfolk.
• Develop and execute a clear strategy to grow market share, profitability and brand in the premium sector.
• Work with office heads and teams to drive performance, client service, professionalism and compliance.
• Monitor market trends to identify opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.
• Lead recruitment, training and performance management for a high-performing team culture.
• Represent the business at senior level, nurturing long-term client relationships and networks.
• Collaborate with marketing, lettings and new homes for integrated business development and brand consistency.
• Contribute to strategic decisions as part of the senior leadership team with potential partnership progress.
