Harte Recruitment - Property & Conveyancing Recruitment Specialists seeks a dynamic Head of Residential Leasing for a new build-to-rent development. You will lead lettings from mobilisation through stabilisation, turning incoming leads into lets, move-ins and occupied homes.

You’ll build the lettings processes from launch, set standards, and manage a small on-site team. A strong estate agency/lettings background with a track record of hitting KPIs is essential.

If you're a Head of Residential Leasing who loves the buzz of a launch, knows how to turn leads into lets and gets a real kick out of seeing those occupancy numbers climb, this is one to get excited about.

• During the initial lease-up: 1 in 3 Saturdays
• One late shift per week during lease-up, 11:30am–7:30pm
• Once stable occupancy is reached, late shifts and Saturday working will no longer be required

Company & Role:

As Head of Residential Leasing, you'll take the lead on a new BTR development, taking lettings from mobilisation through to stabilisation.

You'll be there from the beginning, giving you the opportunity to build the lettings processes, set the standards and shape how the operation runs. It's a hands‑on, target‑driven role where you'll lead a small on‑site team, work closely with marketing and operations, and turn incoming leads into lets, move‑ins and ultimately, occupied homes.

The Person:

• Ideally have BTR leasing or lettings experience, although a strong Estate Agency/Lettings background will absolutely be considered
• Proven track record of hitting KPIs and targets
• Understand the lettings journey from enquiry through to successful let
• Confident building processes and ways of working from the ground up
• Able to lead, motivate and support a small team
• Proactive, hands‑on and comfortable in a target‑driven environment
• Confident communicating across teams and stakeholders
• Organised, solutions‑focused and comfortable working at pace

The Head of Residential Leasing Role:

• Lead lettings activity from mobilisation through to stabilisation
