Rgh-Global Limited is recruiting a Head of Property Services for a leading not-for-profit organisation serving people with learning disabilities, autism and complex needs across England. Based at our head office in Sidcup, Kent, you will own property strategy, housing management, compliance and development across multiple sites, with hybrid working and significant travel.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum two years' experience within a care, housing or supported living organisation.
• Experience of housing and property development, including understanding needs of people with learning disabilities and autism.
• Demonstrable experience of property audits, inspections and enforcement processes.
• Experience of rent-setting policy and process across a multi-site organisation.

Aufgaben

• Lead and manage Property Services across the organisation, including housing management, tenancies, repairs, planned maintenance and rental income.
• Sit as a member of the Senior Leadership Team, contributing to the Operational Plan and overall strategy.
• Identify, source and negotiate new properties to support growth, including leases and management agreements.
• Oversee property budgets, rent-setting processes and planned maintenance programmes.
• Ensure properties comply with health and safety legislation and regulatory standards (CQC).
• Build relationships with landlords, developers, local authorities and NHS partners.
• Own the Property Policy, leading reviews and ensuring compliance with new legislation.
• Manage and inspire the Property Services team and deliver KPIs to executives.
