Riverside Scotland is recruiting a Head of Property Services to lead strategic asset management, compliance delivery and sustainability across Scotland. You will shape investment programmes, monitor asset performance, and provide assurance to the board while directing high-performing teams and cross‑functional partnerships.

The role drives customer outcomes, supports Riverside Scotland's long-term growth, and champions value for money through robust governance and innovation in housing services.

Qualifikationen

• Relevant degree qualification or equivalent professional experience.
• Professional qualification or membership in a discipline such as RICS, CIOB or CIH.
• Proven track record delivering asset management, compliance and investment strategies.
• Experience leading large-scale planned maintenance, retrofit and capital investment programmes.
• Strong understanding of Scottish housing legislation and landlord compliance obligations.
• Experience managing complex budgets and delivering value for money.
• Demonstrable success in contractor and supply chain management.
• Experience building strategic partnerships with local authorities, developers and government agencies.
• Knowledge of energy efficiency and sustainability programmes.
• Experience of property acquisition, option appraisal and strategic asset decision-making.
• Strong analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience preparing and presenting reports to Boards and senior leadership.

Aufgaben

• Lead development and implementation of Riverside Scotland's Asset Management Strategy.
• Ensure asset lifecycle management with robust data and option appraisal.
• Develop long-term investment plans to maintain quality homes and customer experience.
• Provide strategic advice to executive leaders on stock condition and priorities.
• Ensure asset decisions align with group strategies and objectives.
• Lead reviews to identify opportunities for rationalisation or portfolio enhancement.
• Oversee compliance programs for gas, electrical, fire, water safety and more.
• Manage planned maintenance and major investment programmes.
• Drive sustainability initiatives and efficient energy solutions.
• Lead contractor and supplier relationships for quality and value.
• Manage financial budgets and external funding opportunities.
