Job summary

Riverside Scotland is recruiting a Head of Property Services to lead asset management, compliance and investment programmes across our Scottish housing portfolio. You will shape our asset strategy, drive performance data, and partner with senior teams to deliver high-quality homes and customer outcomes.

You will oversee major planned works, sustainability initiatives and contractor relationships, ensuring value for money while upholding regulatory standards and the group’s Brighter Future

Qualifications

• Senior leadership experience in social housing or property services.
• Proven track record delivering asset management and investment strategies.
• Experience with large-scale planned maintenance and budgets.

Responsibilities

• Lead asset management strategy and investment programmes.
• Ensure compliant property operations and safety regimes.
• Oversee major maintenance and capital works with value-for-money outcomes.
