Riverside is hiring a Head of Property Services Scotland in Irvine. The role is permanent, 35 hours per week, with a hybrid pattern and a salary of £70,107 per annum, with £82,479.16 achievable after 12 months of successful performance.

You will lead asset management, compliance, and investment programmes, shape sustainability initiatives and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver high-quality homes and strong customer outcomes across Scotland.

Qualifications

• Relevant degree qualification or equivalent professional experience.
• Professional qualification or membership in a relevant discipline such as RICS, CIOB, CIH, or equivalent.

Responsabilités

• Lead strategic asset management and investment programmes.
• Ensure compliance with statutory, regulatory and safety obligations.
• Oversee planned maintenance and major investment programmes.
• Drive sustainability and energy efficiency initiatives.
• Lead contractor and supply chain management to ensure value for money.
