Formación

• Currently an Electrical Contracts Manager, Senior Electrical Project Manager or similar.
• Strong background in electrical contracting or building services.
• Experience managing multiple projects and project teams.
• Strong commercial awareness and financial management skills.
• Excellent leadership and communication abilities.
• Ambitious and ready to progress into a senior management role.

The Opportunity

An established electrical contractor based in Essex, with an annual turnover of approximately £20 million, is looking to appoint a Head of Projects to oversee and drive its project delivery function.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the delivery of multiple electrical and MEP projects.


• Manage and develop the project management and site teams.


• Take responsibility for project budgets, profitability and commercial performance.


• Ensure projects are delivered safely, on programme and within budget.
