A leading London Market insurer are seeking an IT Product Lead to join them on a permanent basis. They've had a re-organisation and have split their different applications into distinct verticals. This role will involve managing the Underwriting & Claims products including their transformations and implementations as well as leading a team of Product Owners.

Key tasks will include:

Management of product-orientated service delivery

Managing the collaboration with technical teams

Acting as an IT Business Partner for the UW and Claims division

The ideal candidate will have a background in leading large scale transformations within the Insurance market and have a strong agile / product background.

This is a permanent role paying a base salary of up to £140,000 pa plus bonus and benefits. It's hybrid working between London and remote - please get in touch for more info.
