Job Description
Director of Project Management – Commercial Office Sector
Leading Construction Consultancy | London | £Six-Figure Package + Bonus + Equity Pathway
I’m working with a highly respected construction consultancy known for delivering some of the most ambitious and high-profile commercial office projects in the UK. They’re now looking to appoint a Director of Project Management to lead major schemes and drive the continued growth of their business.
This is a key leadership role within a high-performing team, and an opportunity to join a business that still has a true partnership feel — without the bureaucracy of the global giants.
What you'll be doing:
Leading the delivery of landmark commercial office projects — £100m+ new builds and complex cut & carve schemes
Acting as the key client interface on major commissions, providing strategic input and high-level oversight
Managing and mentoring a high-calibre PM team, ensuring quality, consistency and development
Playing an active role in business development — building relationships, securing new work, and contributing to strategic growth
Helping shape the direction of the PM function as part of the senior leadership team
What we’re looking for:
Proven track record delivering large-scale commercial office developments, ideally in Central London
Experience across both new build and complex refurbishment / cut & carve
A natural leader — someone who can inspire teams and bring clarity in complex delivery environments
Commercially astute, client-focused, and confident in a business development setting
Consultancy background essential; chartered (MRICS, MAPM or similar)
What’s on offer:
A senior leadership role with real influence and visibility
Route to equity and leadership board participation
Highly competitive salary, performance bonuses, and benefits
A collaborative and agile culture with industry-leading talent
If you’re an experienced PM leader ready to take on high-value, high-impact work and shape the future of a thriving consultancy, I’d love to speak with you.
