Uneek has partnered with a leading global SaaS organisation in scale-up mode to support their search for a Head of Programmes to lead strategic transformation delivery across the EMEA region. Our client is a major force in enterprise change, driving high-impact initiatives that enhance operational performance, strengthen governance, and deliver measurable value across complex environments.

As Head of Programmes, you will take full ownership of the programme delivery function, overseeing large-scale, cross-functional programmes from initiation through to successful completion. This senior leadership role will involve shaping strategic programme direction, leading regional delivery teams, and working closely with board-level stakeholders to ensure delivery is fully aligned with business priorities.

Location: Hybrid – 3 days per week in central London office

Experience Required:

• Extensive experience leading large, high-value transformation programmes across the EMEA region, ideally in a matrix or multinational environment
• Proven ability to manage and lead senior delivery professionals, ensuring consistent delivery to time, budget, and scope
• Deep knowledge of programme and portfolio management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid), and hands-on experience implementing governance frameworks
• Strong financial acumen with experience overseeing multi-million-pound budgets, resource allocation, and cost control
• Demonstrated success in managing executive stakeholder relationships, with the confidence and clarity to present at board level
• Experience implementing risk management strategies at an enterprise scale, with the ability to take decisive action in high-pressure situations
• A people-first leadership approach, with a passion for mentoring and developing high-performing programme teams
• A continuous improvement mindset, with a track record of introducing innovations and modern tooling to enhance delivery effectiveness
• Culturally aware and experienced in navigating complex regulatory and operational landscapes across multiple geographies
• Exceptional communicator and influencer, able to align diverse stakeholders behind a shared strategic vision
