• Experience of teaching and management in a higher education environment with demonstrable influence on strategy, business and academic development.
• Strong collaboration, negotiation and liaison skills for resource planning and use.
• Experience of managing and maintaining a course, product or service.
• Enthusiastic self-starter with a clear, goal‑oriented approach.
• Flexibility in approach to the role and its requirements.

Responsibilities

• Support the development of business school programmes and ensure alignment with strategic goals and quality standards at the university curriculum level.
• Oversee delivery of a consistent, high-quality student experience across campuses where the programme is offered.
• Coordinate design and production of course materials and assessments within budget/resource constraints.
• Ensure programme compliance with internal and external accreditation requirements and prepare documentation for accreditation processes.
• Collaborate with recruitment teams to support student recruitment, retention and success, and with PSLs and Campus Directors on wider student satisfaction initiatives.
