Job summary

The University of Law is seeking a Head of Programmes to lead the design and delivery of business school courses across multiple campuses. You will oversee course materials, assessments and the overall student experience to drive performance scores and accreditation readiness.

You will work with the Director and Deputy Director to ensure consistency, quality and strategic alignment, while engaging with PSLs, Campus Directors and recruitment teams to promote student success and satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Postgraduate qualification (PGCHE or equivalent) and Fellow of Advance HE.
• Experience of teaching and management in a higher education environment.
• Strong collaboration, negotiation and liaison skills.
• Experience managing and maintaining a course, product or service.
• Enthusiastic self-starter with strong goal orientation.
• Flexibility in approach to the role and its requirements.

Responsibilities

• Support the design and production of course materials and assessments to high quality standards.
• Oversee the student experience and enhancement of student performance across multiple campuses.
• Collaborate with the Programme Director and Deputy Director to coordinate delivery and compliance with accreditation requirements.
• Work with PSLs and Campus Directors on recruitment, retention and student satisfaction initiatives.
• Manage the Business School Programme & Student Leads.
