Job summary

The University of Law is seeking a Head of Programmes for its Business School in Manchester to coordinate and drive the design, development and delivery of programme materials and assessments. You will lead the Programme & Student Leads and collaborate with senior stakeholders to maintain high standards across multiple campuses.

You will champion online delivery of PG programmes, oversee student experience enhancements, and work with Director/Deputy Director to ensure quality and accreditation

Qualifications

• Strong background in online delivery of PG programmes.
• Experience of teaching and management in a HE environment.
• Collaboration, negotiation and liaison skills for use of resources.
• Experience of management and maintenance of a course, product or service.
• Enthusiastic self-starter, highly goal oriented.
• Flexibility in approach to the role and its requirements.

Responsibilities

• Support the development of business school programmes ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
• Oversee the delivery of a consistent and high-quality student experience across campuses.
• Oversee design and production of course materials and assessments within budget.
• Ensure programme compliance with accreditation requirements and prepare documentation.
• Collaborate with recruitment teams to support student recruitment and retention.
