Head of Product Marketing (B2C App Experience Required)

We’re Boshhh — a fast-growing, disruptive fintech app changing the way consumers manage money. We’re obsessed with creating smarter financial solutions that works hard to improve people’s lives. As we scale, we’re looking for a talented Head of Product Marketing to help us bring our features to life and ensure users truly understand the value we deliver.

Based in the heart of Manchester (Deansgate), we offer a hybrid working setup (4 days in the office, 1 remote), giving you the best of both worlds – a vibrant creative space with built-in flexibility.

The Role:

We are seeking a performance-driven Head of Product Marketing with a strong track record of driving app installs for B2C brands.

In this role, you’ll lead on the strategic building of our app focused marketing campaigns and go to market marketing for our innovative fintech B2C app.

You’ll sit at the intersection of product, marketing, and customer, helping us launch features that solve real problems, craft compelling positioning, and drive user engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Own Go-To-Market Strategy for Product Releases

  • Develop and execute go-to-market plans for all new features and product updates for our innovative B2C fintech app.
  • Collaborate with the Paid Social Lead and Social Creatives team to align launch assets with campaign objectives.
  • Coordinate with the Head of PR & Comms to ensure media and influencer messaging is consistent and timely.
  • Build marketing campaigns to drive feature awareness, adoption, and retention
  • Work with the Digital Marketing Lead to deliver targeted onboarding, upsell, and reactivation campaigns.
  • Set adoption KPIs for new features in our innovative B2C fintech app and track progress using insights from our Marketing Data Analyst.

3. Develop Clear, User-Centric Messaging

  • Define positioning and messaging that resonates with our core audiences
  • Translate complex fintech features into clear, benefit-driven language for marketing campaigns, app store listings, landing pages, and paid ads.
  • Collaborate with the Copywriter and Social Media Producer to ensure consistent tone of voice and clarity.
  • Conduct market and competitor research to inform positioning.
  • Support the Social Media team with community listening insights and incorporate user feedback into marketing materials.

5. Support Cross-Channel Marketing Campaigns for B2C App Growth

  • Act as the product subject-matter expert within the marketing team.
  • Brief and collaborate with creative and paid marketing teams to ensure campaigns are aligned with product value propositions.

6. Create and Maintain Messaging Frameworks

  • Build a centralised messaging architecture that supports consistent communications across paid, owned, and earned channels.
  • Update frameworks as features evolve or new customer segments emerge.

7. Collecting and Acting on B2C App Product Feedback

  • Actively collect B2C app product feedback and actioning a product roadmap based on customer feedback and upcoming marketing needs.
  • Ensure user education is considered as part of every new feature launch

Requirements:

  • 5+ years’ experience in product marketing, ideally in fintech, SaaS, or mobile apps
  • Proven track record of launching B2C digital products or features
  • Strong understanding of copywriting and storytelling
  • Analytical mindset — comfortable with data, segmentation, and experimentation
  • Ability to translate technical features into customer-centric language
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, startup environment
