Join System C as our Head of Product Marketing and help shape the future of healthcare and social care solutions.

System C is at the forefront of delivering transformative digital solutions that empower healthcare and local government services. As we continue to innovate and grow, we are seeking a dynamic and strategic Head of Product Marketing to lead our product marketing discipline — a newly established function that will drive our market positioning and help ensure our solutions meet the needs of our customers.

In this pivotal role, you will develop and execute product marketing strategies aligned with our mission. You will collaborate closely with clinical, product and sales teams to understand market drivers and define how our solutions best meet those demands. Your responsibilities will include creating and maintaining compelling value propositions, product positioning, buyer personas, and marketing assets that communicate the unique benefits of our products.

You will also take a leading role in launching System C’s new AI-powered capabilities, working across teams to shape go-to-market messaging that highlights innovation, trust and measurable impact. This will be a key strategic initiative, showcasing our commitment to using cutting-edge technology to improve patient outcomes and operational efficiency.

As a strategic leader, you will contribute to commercial business cases for new products, lead go-to-market initiatives, and build key analyses to identify market opportunities. Working hand-in-hand with brand and communications, you will help shape our content strategy to reinforce System C’s status as the provider of choice across healthcare and local government.

We are looking for a confident, proactive individual with at least 4 years’ experience in a senior product marketing role, ideally within NHS or local government software sectors. You will be an excellent communicator, commercially astute, and skilled in leading cross-functional teams. As a coach and mentor, you will be responsible for building and nurturing a product marketing team, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
