Head of Product - I-HUB
The I-HUB is a Centre of Excellence delivering new products and propositions across our Business Units, aiming to maximize our footprint, expand our product range, and anticipate customer needs. By 2030, I-HUB initiatives are projected to contribute over $1bn in annual revenue.
As the Head of Product, you will lead the development of new products and propositions, managing a team of Business Analysts and Developers. Your role involves collaborating with senior Change, IT, and Underwriting teams to execute the product roadmap, launching products rapidly, iterating post-launch, and streamlining development processes for efficiency.
You will oversee program management activities, develop reporting processes, and ensure products meet regulatory standards. Your experience in project delivery, market insight, and leadership will be critical to success.
Proven ability to navigate a matrix environment, engage stakeholders, make informed decisions, and bring a market-focused perspective. Strong commercial judgment and strategic thinking are essential.
