Our projects are distinct and rooted in European heritage, reflecting local architecture, environment, and traditions. Founded in 2018, we have grown into a premier lifestyle holiday home platform.

Job summary

We seek a strategic Head of Product to lead our product strategy and innovation across all functions. The ideal candidate will have a hospitality background and hands-on product leadership experience. This role involves enhancing, developing, and maintaining our product use across departments, ensuring seamless functionality and continuous improvement.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  1. Strategic Leadership: Advise on current product strategy and propose new methods for functionality and operations.
  2. Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with legal, finance, operations, HR, client experience, sales, marketing, and growth teams.
  3. Product Innovation: Lead re-strategising of product use to optimise performance, efficiency, and productivity gains.
  4. Team Management: Oversee the product team, including the Product Manager, remote developers, and UI/UX designers.
  5. Stakeholder Engagement: Align product strategies with company goals through collaboration with senior leadership.
  6. Special Project Management: Lead technology adoption and change initiatives to improve efficiency and resource use.
  7. Technology Ownership: Own the entire technology stack, including security infrastructure and software licenses.
  8. Budget Management: Manage budgets to ensure successful roadmap delivery, balancing costs and priorities.
  9. Website & Booking System: Oversee website and booking system maintenance, updates, and monitoring.
  10. Documentation: Maintain detailed documentation of projects, features, and requests.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • At least 5 years of industry experience in product leadership roles.
  • Experience with Hubspot, Mews PMS, no-code databases, Sage, and related software.
  • Experience managing remote teams across time zones.
  • Proven track record in project scoping, management, and implementation.
  • Curiosity about new technologies, AI, and productivity software.
  • Experience in mid-size or fast-growing companies.
  • Relevant qualifications and a record of driving product strategy and organizational change.
  • Ability to review and write code is preferred.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.

Hours and Package:

  • Full-time contract: 40 hours, Monday to Friday
  • Location: Central London
  • Salary: Market rate
  • Start: ASAP
  • Hybrid work: 3 days in office, 2 days remote
