Mitie Cleaning & Hygiene Services is seeking a Head of Procurement Systems, Benefits & Data to lead a team delivering procurement technology, analytics, reporting and benefits realisation. The role blends strategic influence with hands-on delivery to ensure systems enable smarter decision-making across the business.

Working across Procurement, Finance, Technology and Operations, you will shape priorities, drive continuous improvement and explore automation and AI-enabled insights.

Qualifications

• Experience leading procurement systems, technology, reporting or analytics functions.
• Strong knowledge of Coupa and procurement technology platforms.
• Experience supporting procurement savings, benefits tracking or value realisation programmes.
• Ability to turn complex information into practical, accessible insights.
• Strong relationship-building and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Experience leading transformation, continuous improvement or digital change programmes.
• Collaborative approach and a passion for developing others.

As Head of Procurement Systems, Benefits & Data, you'll lead a talented team responsible for procurement technology, analytics, reporting and benefits realisation. About The Role

You’ll provide leadership across our procurement systems, data and reporting capabilities, helping to create an environment where insight drives action and technology enables success.

Working closely with colleagues across Procurement, Finance, Technology and Operational teams, you’ll develop strong partnerships, shape future priorities and ensure our systems and reporting capabilities continue to evolve alongside business needs.

You’ll also play an important role in developing capability within the team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, curiosity, learning and shared achievement.

About You

We're looking for a leader who enjoys bringing people together, solving complex challenges and creating positive change.

You may come from a procurement technology, analytics, reporting or business intelligence background and will be comfortable working across multiple stakeholder groups.
