• Strong judgment on wills, trusts, estates, and tax planning.

Responsibilities

• Lead, supervise and develop the Private Client team with mentoring.
• Oversee departmental performance, service delivery and client care standards.
• Manage high-value, complex estate and succession matters.
• Provide senior technical guidance on complex legal and tax issues.
• Develop client relationships and identify growth opportunities.
• Support recruitment, development and risk management across the department.
