Job summary

QED Legal LLP in Huddersfield is seeking an experienced Private Client Solicitor to join their growing team. The role focuses on wills, probate, trusts and estate planning for a loyal client base, with autonomy and opportunities to mentor colleagues and contribute to business development.

The successful candidate will have 10+ PQE in private client work, strong relationship management skills, and a commercially minded approach to client service.

Qualifications

• 10+ PQE in private client work.
• Strong technical knowledge across wills, probate, trusts and estate planning.
• Excellent client care and relationship management skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle wills and estate planning, lasting powers of attorney, probate and estate administration.
• Advise on trusts and succession planning for high-net-worth clients.
• Manage Court of Protection matters and inheritance tax considerations.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to business development.
