CRA Consulting are partnering with an established Doncaster law firm to appoint a Head of Private Client. You will lead and develop the Private Client department, manage a high-calibre team, and play a significant role in shaping future strategy and equity prospects for the practice.

They seek an experienced Private Client solicitor or equivalent with strong leadership, client networks, and a view to long-term ownership.

• Strong technical Private Client experience.
• Proven ability to lead and develop a department.
• Commercial awareness and growth mindset.
• Ability to build relationships with clients and introducers.
