Job summary

eNL, a well-established Worcestershire law firm, is seeking a Head of Private Client to lead a busy, well-supported department and take ownership of its strategic growth.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ PQE in private client work, be able to manage and develop a team, build long-term client relationships, and drive high-quality estate planning, probate, trust work and other private client matters.

Qualifications

• Significant experience handling a full spectrum of Private Client matters.
• Ability to manage and develop a Private Client department.
• Strong client relationship building and commercial awareness.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and develop an established Private Client department.
• Handle wills, probate, trusts, and estate planning.
• Lead and mentor the Private Client team and assist in direction.
• Build long-term relationships with high-net-worth clients.
• Drive business development and strategic growth.
