Head of Private Client

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a senior Private Client Solicitor to step into a leadership role with a respected, forward-thinking firm.

This is a strategic appointment, perfect for someone who combines technical strength with a passion for developing people, delivering exceptional service and shaping the future of a growing department.

The Opportunity

• Take the reins of a busy Private Client department
• Lead on wills, probate, trusts, estate planning and tax work
• Supervise and develop a strong team of solicitors and support staff
• Shape departmental strategy and drive business development
• Be part of the firm’s wider leadership team

What The Firm Is Looking For

• 8+ PQE in private client law
• Strong technical knowledge and team leadership experience
• Personable, commercially minded and proactive
• STEP qualified or working towards (preferred)

A solid team is in place including Solicitors, a Trainee, Paralegal and full admin support, ready for the right leader to step in and drive things forward.
