Bedford College Group seeks a strategic Group Head of Planning and Insight to lead our Planning and Insight function. You will coordinate planning and performance reviews and provide essential market intelligence to shape curriculum planning and learner recruitment across the Group.

The role requires translating complex data into actionable recommendations and partnering with senior leaders to drive strategic objectives and continuous improvement.

Competenze

• Degree-level qualification or equivalent experience, plus GCSE English and Maths.
• Experience of analysing complex data and producing MI/reports.
• Proven ability to manage projects and stakeholders.
• Advanced Excel skills and clear communication.
• Flexible, inquisitive and improvement-minded with willingness to travel.
