Job summary

The Bedford College Group is seeking a highly organised Group Head of Planning and Insight in Bedford to lead our Planning and Insight function and drive evidence-based decision making across the Group. You will lead the business planning and performance review processes, coordinate monitoring of group strategies, and ensure leaders have the information they need to understand progress.

Qualifications

• Degree-level qualification (or equivalent experience) with GCSE English and Maths.
• Experience in analysing complex data and producing management information.
• Project and stakeholder management across priorities.
• Strong analytical and communication skills; ability to translate data into actionable recommendations.
