Bedford College Group is seeking a highly organised Group Head of Planning and Insight to lead the Planning and Insight function across the group from Bedford.

You will oversee business planning and performance reviews, monitor group strategies, and provide market intelligence to shape curriculum planning, learner recruitment and community reach.

The role requires translating complex data into clear recommendations and working flexibly, with a Right to Work in the UK essential.

Qualifications

• Degree-level qualification (or equivalent experience) and GCSE English and Maths.
• Experience analysing complex data, producing reports and MI to support performance and growth.
• Proven ability to manage projects, priorities and collaborate with stakeholders.
• Strong analytical, technical and communication skills; translate data into actionable recommendations.
• Proactive, inquisitive and flexible approach with willingness to travel if needed.
