Job summary

Kingspan Insulation is seeking an experienced Head of Performance & Experience to lead our divisional approach to customer experience, marketing effectiveness, digital performance and commercial insight.

You will align CX, NPS, marketing, brand and MarTech with business outcomes across markets, while driving a data-led culture and working with senior leaders to translate insight into action.

Qualifications

• Experience leading CX, marketing, digital or performance functions across multiple markets or business units.
• Strong knowledge of customer experience, NPS, digital marketing and marketing technology.
• Experience using data, analytics and reporting to drive business decisions and ROI.

Responsibilities

• Lead the divisional customer experience and NPS strategy across markets.
• Develop and oversee marketing and brand strategy with campaigns and governance.
• Own website and digital performance, optimizing UX and conversions.
• Oversee use of HubSpot and other marketing tech platforms.
• Establish KPIs, reporting and ROI measures across CX, marketing and digital.
• Use data and insight to identify opportunities and inform decisions.
• Collaborate with senior leaders to translate insight into actions.
• Provide guidance and best practices to local teams to ensure consistency.
• Manage key agencies and external suppliers as needed.
