Qualifications
- Senior digital marketing leader with a proven track record.
- Experience driving customer acquisition, lead generation and ROI.
- Strong ability to influence senior stakeholders and manage budgets.
- Expertise across Google, Meta and multi-channel performance marketing.
- Knowledge of CRO, UX and customer journey optimization.
- Experience managing and developing high-performing teams.
Responsibilities
- Lead strategy for digital acquisition and marketing performance.
- Oversee multidisciplinary team across performance marketing, UX/UI, content.
- Partner with Product, IT and external agencies.
- Optimise website performance and conversion to maximise ROI.
- Drive data-led decision making and testing programs.
