Bolt is seeking a Head of Performance Analytics to own the end-to-end performance mechanism. You will build analytical capability to guide people decisions, calibrate ratings, and inform leadership on talent investments.
You will partner with executives to ensure ratings are fair, defensible, and aligned with business outcomes while operating in a hybrid model across our global teams.
Bolt is shaping a future where cities are built for people, not cars. What started as an ambitious project of a 19-year-old in 2013 has grown into a global mobility platform used by more than 200 million customers and 4.5 million driver and courier partners across 50 countries.
From ride-hailing and food delivery to scooters, e-bikes, and car-sharing, Bolt helps people move through cities every day. Small, autonomous teams drive this work, combining the speed and ownership of a startup with the scale of a global technology company backed by more than €1bn in funding.
And we're just getting started.
Performance management at Bolt is not an HR process. It is the mechanism that decides where the company invests in people: who gets stretch assignments, who gets promoted, whose work gets recognized and rewarded. Done badly, it produces rubber-stamped ratings that tell nobody anything. Done well, it becomes a decision-making tool the whole business trusts, and the reason strong performers know their work is seen.
This role owns that mechanism end to end. Reporting to the VP of People & Workplace, you will build the analytical infrastructure that lets Bolt make faster, better-informed decisions about talent, and you will be the person senior leaders come to when they need a defensible answer on where performance is strongest and what it means commercially.
Some perks may differ depending on your location and role.
At Bolt, using AI daily is a baseline expectation for everyone. If there's a faster, smarter way to do your work, we expect you to find it. You're still responsible for the output, so the standard stays high when using AI tools.
Experience is great, but what we really look for is drive, intelligence, and integrity.
