Bolt is hiring a Driver Engagement Domain Manager to own strategy and performance for driver quality, utilisation and onboarding across markets. You’ll own metrics, drive high-ROI programmes, and collaborate with Product, Growth, Local Ops and Legal to unlock growth.
You’ll lead a team of Programme Managers, shape long-term engagement in a multi-market, regulated environment and translate opportunities into data-driven business cases.
Bolt is shaping a future where cities are built for people, not cars. What started as an ambitious project of a 19-year-old in 2013 has grown into a global mobility platform used by more than 200 million customers and 4.5 million driver and courier partners across 50 countries.
From ride-hailing and food delivery to scooters, e-bikes, and car sharing, Bolt helps people move through cities every day. Small, autonomous teams drive this work, combining the speed and ownership of a startup with the scale of a global technology company backed by more than €1bn in funding. And we’re just getting started.
The Driver Engagement Group Domain Manager is a recognised expert and leader within their domain, owning the strategy and performance of everything that keeps drivers active, satisfied, and loyal on the Bolt platform - from marketplace quality and ratings, to utilisation and OH growth. They set the strategic direction, prioritise high-ROI programmes, and ensure successful execution across central and local teams. They act as the single-threaded owner of the domain’s primary metrics, championing a culture of continuous improvement among ambiguity.
Experience is great, but what we really look for is drive, intelligence, and integrity. So even if you don’t tick every box, please consider applying!
