Job summary

Mistral is seeking a People Tech & Analytics Lead to own the HR tech stack roadmap, from HRIS transformations to data architecture and dashboards that illuminate how we hire, grow, retain and reward our people. You will do this using our own models, workflows and agents in partnership with HR Operations, Legal, Finance and IT to deliver scalable solutions.

You will lead a small team and collaborate with a larger group running back-end HR processes, ensuring compliant data handling and AI-enabled

Qualifications

• Deep experience in HR technology and people analytics.
• Strong product mindset translating needs into practical solutions.
• Experience with global HR tech platforms and integrations.
• Solid analytics foundations and data governance knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Own the people-tech roadmap and HR tech stack end to end, including data pipelines, configurations, and vendor relationships.
• Define key people metrics and lead workforce trend analysis.
• Oversee dashboards, self-serve reporting, and conversational insights for managers.
• Drive people-data governance with Legal and Privacy to ensure compliant AI use.
• Own automation and AI roadmap for people processes; build agents and workflows with internal models and APIs.
• Mentor and grow the People Tech & Analytics Engineer and broader team.
