FCA in the United Kingdom seeks a Lead in HR/People Analytics & Insight to drive the development of our people analytics capability. You will lead cross-functional work across HR, Finance, Technology and the wider organisation to turn complex data into actionable insights for strategic decision-making.

You will oversee data quality, governance and responsible use of technology, shaping workforce planning and employee experience across London, Leeds and Edinburgh offices.

Qualifications

• Experience leading analytics, insight or BI teams.
• Experience leading a people/workforce analytics strategy or programme.
• Experience analysing workforce data and presenting practical recommendations to senior decision-makers.
• Good knowledge of people analytics, data modeling and visualization.

Responsabilités

• Set and deliver the FCA's people analytics strategy and programme of work.
• Lead and develop the People Analytics team and manage workloads.
• Explain workforce trends and provide evidence-based recommendations to senior leaders.
