Job summary

The Driver and Vehicle Standards Agency (DVSA) seeks a People Analytics and Insights Lead to build and lead its analytics capability, turning workforce data into strategic insight for senior leaders. You will apply forecasting and predictive techniques to identify risks and opportunities, shaping talent and capacity decisions across DVSA.

You will work with HR colleagues and stakeholders to deliver continuous improvements in reporting, dashboards and analytics products, ensuring accuracy,

Qualifications

• Proven leadership of analytics or BI teams.
• Experience delivering people analytics, workforce reporting or BI products.
• Strong knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors and Power BI.
• Experience translating workforce data into actionable insights.
• Ability to work with senior stakeholders and influence decisions.
• Knowledge of governance, data protection and audit requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of people analytics and workforce insight products for strategic planning.
• Develop predictive analytics to identify trends, risks, and future workforce needs.
• Translate data into clear insights with reports, dashboards for senior leaders.
• Improve analytics methods, tools, and visualisations to boost decision making.
• Collaborate with Strategic Workforce Planning, HR and stakeholders to meet needs.
• Maintain and improve workforce reporting, dashboards, analytics for accuracy.
• Be SME for SAP SuccessFactors and Power BI; improve reporting quality.
• Enhance automation and standardisation of reporting and MI arrangements.
• Work with Digital/Shared Services and system suppliers to optimise data structures.
• Ensure governance, QA and compliance for workforce data and audit needs.
