Job summary

MCR Property Group is seeking a Head of Operations for the Flow Student PBSA portfolio in Sheffield. This full-time, office-based role reports to the Head of Student Operations and requires taking ownership of performance, presentation and profitability across sites.

You will lead site teams, drive occupancy and revenue, manage budgets and ensure health and safety compliance, while building strong relationships with universities, contractors and local stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Experience leading multi-site PBSA or residential operations.
• Strong budgeting and cost-control experience across several sites.
• Proven ability to manage relationships with universities, contractors and senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Take full operational accountability for Flow Student sites in Sheffield across standards, service and compliance.
• Lead site teams including managers, maintenance staff and customer service personnel.
• Own occupancy and revenue performance, partnering with sales/marketing to meet lettings targets and minimise voids.
• Manage site budgets and operating costs while protecting resident experience.
• Ensure health, fire safety and statutory compliance across properties, coordinating with contractors.
