A leading healthcare provider in East Lindsey is seeking a Head of PBS and Therapy Services to manage a specialist team supporting adults with learning disabilities. This role involves leading the implementation of PBS strategies and providing training on behavioral assessments. The ideal candidate will have relevant academic qualifications and experience in team leadership. Flexibility to travel throughout Lincolnshire is required, and a driving license is essential.

Head of PBS and Therapy services

Lincolnshire - Beverley, Grimsby, Lincoln

Leading and managing a specialist team of PBS partners, Speech and Language therapists and Sensory Integration therapists to support the operational teams across multiple sites throughout Lincolnshire, in residential care homes and community and day centres, providing support to adults with learning disabilities and complex care.

This is an exciting opportunity to be instrumental in a period of growth. With new services opening and re‑development and design of existing services you will be managing a high‑performing team and lead on person centred, quality‑focused PBS and Therapy services.

You will lead on the implementation, and ongoing development and delivery of the PBS strategy and physical intervention training, providing behavioural assessment and functional analyses advice and guidance to families, clinical support staff and other professionals, whilst working with PBS partners, complex care teams, speech and language therapists in providing a multidisciplinary clinical service.

Qualifications considered: Psychology or Learning Disability Nursing (RNLD) or Applied Behaviour Analysis, or MA in Positive Behaviour Support (PBS), or Autism & Trauma.

Must be a car driver and flexible to travel throughout Lincolnshire.
