The successful candidate will manage a payroll team, ensure compliance with UK legislation, and drive efficiency in payroll processes. Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end payroll function for 3,500–4,000 employees.
• Manage and develop a payroll team of 3.
• Ensure accurate and timely processing across payroll cycles.
• Partner with the CFO to maintain compliance.
• Oversee payroll controls and adherence to UK payroll legislation.
